visible chinese is such an interesting website - i spent ages reading about the movers & shakers.
i've nominated some outstanding BBCs from up here in the north, the tse sisters, one of whom wrote a great book "sweet mandarin" about their family's journey to the uk. all three of them run a restaurant in manchester called "sweet mandarin"
