Pork - Jamaican/Chinese style

Remember I was looking for a Chinese/Jamaican fusion recipe? I found one! It's for Chinese Jamaican pork fried rice and can be found here:
Some care seems to have been taken over the presentation but it's served in a tin foil take away dish!
